DBSH began as the solo practice of Hal Mosier in 1918. Hal was joined by his son, Craig, in 1937, and the firm eventually grew to be known as Mosier, Thomas, Beatty, Dutton, Braun & Staack. The firm adopted its present name in 1997.

DBSH has emphasized trial practice in state and federal court and offers a broad array of legal services to clients in both litigation and business matters. We take great pride in the referral relationships we have developed with many attorneys throughout the state and in the number of lawyers and law firms that have asked DBSH to represent their interests.
